2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER ADDENDUM-1 (Based on Central Placement Score) HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION RESULTS (Based on YKS and DGS Scores)
Final registrations can be carried out personally or by a person authorized with a notarized power of attorney.
Students who complete their final registration must register for their courses in the OBS system and pay their Tuition Fee/Contribution Fee within the dates specified in Balıkesir University’s 2025-2026 Academic Calendar.
Final Registration Dates: Registrations of students whose horizontal transfer applications are accepted will be carried out between 01–05 September 2025.
Required Documents for Final Registration (Originals of all documents uploaded during the online application must be submitted during registration.)
1- Petition (click here for sample petition.)
2- A document showing that there is no obstacle for the student to transfer (must be approved by the university where the candidate is currently registered).
3- Student Certificate (must be approved by the university where the candidate is currently registered or obtained from e-Government system).
4- Transcript (An official document obtained from the institution the student is leaving, showing all the courses taken and grades received. Must be wet signed, electronically signed, or obtained via e-Government system).
5- Course descriptions (for students requesting course exemption).
6- YKS Exam Result Document of the year in which the candidate registered to the current university/program (internet printout).
7- Copy of Identity Card.
8- Photograph (1 piece).
