Excuse Exam Dates:
In the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year:
The Excuse Exams for students who could not attend the midterm exams due to valid excuses accepted by the Faculty Administrative Board will be held face-to-face on 24–26 December 2025.
The Excuse Exam schedules will be announced on the departments’ web pages. Please follow the announcements published on your department’s page.
Application Procedure:
Students who wish to request the right to take an excuse exam in the fall semester must submit the excuse exam application form in person to the Faculty Student Affairs Office, together with a document proving their excuse.
Applications submitted without completing the excuse exam application form and without attaching a document proving the excuse will not be considered.
