Inter-Institutional Domestic (With Success Score) Horizontal Transfer 1st Group Reserve Registration Right Winners
Registrations can be made in person or by a person authorized with a notarized power of attorney.
Students who complete their registration must complete their course registration in OBS and pay the Tuition Fee/Contribution Fee within the periods specified in the Balıkesir University 2025–2026 Academic Calendar.
Required Documents for Final Registration (The originals of all documents uploaded to the system during the online application must be submitted at the time of registration.)
1- Petition (click here for petition sample.)
2- Document showing that there is no obstacle to the student's horizontal transfer. (Approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled)
3- Student Certificate (must be approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled or obtained from e-Government)
4- Transcript (Official document showing all courses taken and grades received by the student from the institution they are leaving. Must be wet-signed, electronically signed, or obtained from e-Government)
5- Document showing that the student has not received any disciplinary penalty. (Approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled. It may also be stated in the transcript.)
6- YKS Exam Result Certificate for the year the student enrolled in their current university/program (internet printout)
7- Copy of identity card
8- Photograph (1 piece)
