Pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 3) of Balıkesir University’s Regulation on Education, Instruction and Examinations:
For graduation, students who have fulfilled attendance and practice requirements for all courses except internships and received an FF grade in a single course, or those who have received passing grades in all courses but fail to meet the minimum CGPA of 2.00 required for graduation, are granted the right to take a single course exam in one course of their choice on the dates specified in the academic calendar, provided that the grade obtained from this exam could raise their CGPA to at least 2.00. To pass the single course exam, a minimum letter grade of DD is required. Midterm exam grades are not taken into account when determining this letter grade.
Single Course Exam Date: 17 September 2025 (The single course exam will be held face-to-face in the classrooms and at the times announced on the Departments’ web pages.)
Single Course Exam Application Date: 15 September 2025 (applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.)
Application Procedure: Applications will be made via the Student Information System (OBS) in the Application Procedures module under Single Course Application Procedures module. Students who cannot apply via OBS / experience issues during application must complete and sign the Single Course Exam Application Form and send it by e-mail to iibf@balikesir.edu.tr. NOTE: Students experiencing issues with their applications must report the problem to iibf@balikesir.edu.tr by e-mail.
