Students Eligible for Registration from the Third Reserve Group for Inter-Institutional Domestic Transfer for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

YOU CAN ACCESS THE LIST OF STUDENTS ELIGIBLE FOR REGISTRATION FROM THE THIRD RESERVE GROUP FOR INTER-INSTITUTIONAL DOMESTIC TRANSFER (BASED ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT SCORE) HERE.

Final registration may be completed in person or by a person authorized through a notarized power of attorney.

Students who complete their final registration must register for courses through OBS and pay the Tuition Contribution/Tuition Fee within the periods specified in Balıkesir University’s 2026–2027 Academic Calendar.

Third Group/Announcement Date: September 15, 2026
Registration Dates: September 16–17, 2026

(Registration is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.)

Documents Required for Final Registration
(The originals of all documents uploaded to the system during the online application, together with the originals of the documents listed below, must be submitted during final registration.)

1. Application petition ( click here for the petition form. )
2. An officially approved document from the university where the student is currently enrolled, stating that there is no obstacle to the student’s transfer.
3. Student Certificate (must be officially approved by the university where the applicant is currently enrolled or obtained through e-Government).
4. Transcript (an official document obtained from the institution the applicant will leave, showing all courses taken and the grades received; it must bear a wet signature or electronic signature or be obtained through e-Government).
5. A document stating that the student has not received any disciplinary penalties (must be officially approved by the university where the applicant is currently enrolled; this information may also be included in the transcript).
6. YKS Placement Results Document for the year in which the applicant enrolled at their current university/program (internet printout).
7. Photocopy of the applicant’s identity card.
8. One photograph.

Students Requesting Course Exemption

Students requesting course exemption must submit their transcripts, course descriptions and Course Exemption Request Petition to the relevant department secretariat during final registration.
