What Our Faculty Students Need to Do in Order to Take Courses from Other Universities During the Summer School.

Students who wish to take courses from other universities during the Summer School must follow the process outlined below.

Fill out and sign a petition to take courses from another university. Deliver the petition to the Summer School Advisor of your department. Information and email addresses of the Summer School Advisors of the departments are listed below.

Application Process for Students Who Want to Take Courses from Other Universities During the Summer School

1- The student sends the completed and signed petition regarding the course request to his/her advisor by email (by scanning the signed form).

2- The advisor checks the semester compatibility of the course and the course contents.

3- If the course contents are deemed appropriate, the advisor informs the student (by email) that they can take the summer course at another university, and submits the petition for the approval of the Head of Department. Approved petitions are then delivered to the Dean’s Office.

4- If the course contents are not deemed appropriate, the advisor informs the student (by email) that they cannot take a summer course at another university.
