How is the Diploma Delivered?

Diplomas of students whose graduation procedures have been completed and diplomas printed are delivered to them in person.

In mandatory situations, upon a written application by the student and with a notarized power of attorney, the diploma may be delivered to the designated representative.

Diplomas of students who have passed away are delivered to their legal heirs upon request.

If the diploma holder is abroad, the diploma may be delivered to a first-degree relative with a power of attorney obtained through Turkish Consulates. In case of death, the diploma is delivered upon submission of the Certificate of Inheritance.
