Responsible Leadership and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) Performance
Prof. Dr. Pelin Vardarlıer’s study, published in the Q2-ranked Journal for International Business and Entrepreneurship Development, examines the impact of responsible leadership on Triple Bottom Line (economic, social, environmental) performance in service-providing organizations, while also analyzing the mediating roles of workforce diversity and organizational inclusiveness.
The research is based on survey data collected from 123 employees in Malaysia, with relationships tested through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings indicate that responsible leadership significantly and positively influences the social and financial dimensions, while workforce diversity mediates across all TBL dimensions.
