Discover Your Career, Are You Ready to Shape Your Own Career?

Discover Your Career Mentor–Mentee Program is a comprehensive career development program that will be held between 02.03.2026 and 30.03.2026, in collaboration with Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, Balıkesir University, Balıkesir City Council, Balıkesir University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, and the Balıkesir University Career Development Application and Research Center.

Designed to strengthen female students’ entrepreneurial skills, the program offers a holistic structure that supports participants in discovering their inner potential and transforming it into strategic strength. Throughout the program, participants will identify their personal characteristics, analyze their strengths and energy drains, define their career compass, and build individual roadmaps for their future.

In addition to training modules covering key competency areas such as communication, strategic thinking, recognizing obstacles, and process and energy management, participants will be matched with experienced women entrepreneurswho have achieved success in various sectors as mentors.

Through mentoring support, participants will receive knowledge, experience, and guidance. In this way, the program aims to help participants achieve planned and sustainable personal and professional development.
