Examination Implementation Principles
This notice is presented for the attention of all our students. It is mandatory for all students to carefully read and fully comply with the rules to be applied during the examinations held at our Faculty. In order to ensure that the examination process is conducted in an orderly, secure, and fair manner, all students are expected to observe the principles stated below with due care.
Students are required to be present in the relevant classroom before the examination begins, to have their student ID cards with them, and to maintain order in the examination room until attendance procedures are completed. Reading and understanding the examination rules in advance is important in order to prevent any possible problems during the exam.
Mobile phones must be completely switched off using the power button before the examination starts and placed inside students’ bags. Silent mode, airplane mode, or vibration mode are strictly not considered sufficient. It is prohibited to keep a phone on the desk, under the desk, or in any place accessible to the student. Likewise, smart watches, headphones, and any other electronic devices capable of communication are not allowed in the examination.
Cheating during the examination, attempting to cheat, receiving assistance from another student, providing assistance to another student, or engaging in any behavior that may compromise examination security may lead to serious disciplinary sanctions. In such cases, an official report will be prepared in accordance with the relevant regulations and the necessary disciplinary procedures will be initiated.
Students against whom action is taken due to cheating or misconduct shall be evaluated in line with the relevant provisions of Law No. 2547. Disciplinary sanctions may affect the student’s academic process, scholarship and loan status, and official student records. For this reason, it is of great importance that all students strictly comply with the examination rules.
