Organized by the Balıkesir University Project Support, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Coordination Office, the “TÜBİTAK 2209-A – Research Projects Support Program for University Students Information Seminar” was held on October 21, 2025.
The event took place at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Şehit Burak Cantürk Amphitheater and was presented by Prof. Dr. Feyzullah TOKAY (PRODGİK Coordinator). Aiming to enhance students’ research culture, strengthen their understanding of project preparation processes, and raise awareness of TÜBİTAK funding opportunities, the seminar received great interest from faculty students.
In his presentation, Prof. Dr. TOKAY shared detailed information about the application procedures, evaluation criteria, project writing stages, and examples of successful projects under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program. He also encouraged students to develop their project ideas using scientific methods and to engage in interdisciplinary studies.
