Information on Obtaining Student Certificate and Transcript
Our faculty students can obtain their Student Certificate and Transcript through the e-Government (e-Devlet) portal by logging in with their e-Government credentials.
In addition, students with an approved course registration in the active semester may request electronically signed documents via the Student Information System (SIS) by following the steps below:
Documents that can be requested via SIS:
- Student Certificate (in Turkish or English) (only available to students with approved course registration in the active semester)
- Transcript (in Turkish or English)
- Disciplinary Status Certificate
Steps to Request a Document:
- Go to https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/ and log in via the “Student Login” option.
- On the screen that appears, navigate to User Operations > Document Request from the left menu to create a request.
- Once the request is approved, the “Show Document” button will be activated next to the relevant document. By clicking this button, the document can be downloaded or printed.
Important Note: All documents are provided with an electronic signature, and the document verification code is included at the bottom of the page. Therefore, there is no need for a wet signature or stamp on these documents.
